The Moxy Operations attendant is an all-round position with a wide range of working environments. You are the allround F&B employee, available for breakfast, lunch, diner and bar…Additionally you are the Front Desk Attendant, the Up & Cross Selling Specialist, the Speedy-Internet-Surfing-Problem-Solver…that’s you! You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER in WOW-ing our guests, YOUNG AT HEART suggesting guests what to do and you are PLAYFUL.

Your day will consist of:

• Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests

  
  

• Serving beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate

  
  

• Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)

  
  

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assinging room, and issuing and activation room key.

  
  

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and adress guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

  
  

• Process all payment types such as room charges, checks, debit or credit

  
  

• Process all check-outs including resolving and any late and diputed charges

  
  

• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns

  
  

• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for checkin

  
  

• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy

  
  

• Complete designated cashier and closing reports.

  
  

• Sharing your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues
